  • Double room $4,000.00 MXN each per month

• Payment Terms: First 5 days of the month. It requires a deposit (A month).         

• 12 sq. meters per room

  Each room has a bed, a closet, a desk, a chair, a lamp, a night table and its own bathroom. 

• Distance to campus: 10 Minute walk and a 5 min drive
