• Room 1 (16 sq. mt.) $5,500.00 MXN per month

• Room 2 (12 sq. mt.) $5,000.00 MXN per month

• Room 3 (09 sq. mt.) $4,500.00 MXN per month

  • ​Payment Form: Wire transfer

  • Payment Terms: First 5 days of the month. It requires a deposit (a month).    

• Each room comes with a single bed and a private restroom, except for room one that has a double bed.​

• Distance to campus: 3 minutes by car and 10 walking.
