• The house has a teakettle and a fully functional and complete kitchen and coffee maker. It has no dryer machine but it has a space to hang wet laundry. The house has a shared garden.​

• Distance to campus: 20 minutes by car, 50 by walking, 22 in Tren ligero (5 stations) and 25 by bus.
